Brokerage Conditions

Are on a commission basis with a commission rate of 8% plus TVA (Value Added Tax of 19.6%) giving a total of 9.65% of the sales price. This is payed when the sale has been completed.

Our clients are not just buying a boat. They are looking for a complete service such as mooring, maintenance, insurance, repairs and transformations, laundry, chandlery, fuel, electricity.

We give advice on telephones, residents permits, technical advice, driving permits, cruising tips, health etc. All of this with coffee, croissants and a smile! 

We have a free book exchange with thousands of books.. With H2O they are able to buy a package where they have only to Email or telephone or fax and their potential worries are efficiently dealt with. It takes a brave buyer to buy a boat from a private individual moored in the middle of nowhere and with no access to the above.
